If you believe your vehículo has been remolcado, the fastest way to locate it is by using the MC remolque vehículo lookup portal.

This system allows you to search for your vehículo using either your número de placa de matrícula or your Número de identificación del vehículo (VIN).

Step 1 — Enter Your License Plate or VIN

On the lookup page, enter one of the following:

• License plate number

• Número de identificación del vehículo (VIN)

The system will search the remolque database to determine whether your vehículo has been impounded.

Paso 2 — Revise los resultados

If your vehículo has been remolcado, the system will typically display:

• vehículo description

• Date and time of tow

• Impound location

• contactar information for retrieving the vehículo

This information will help you determine where your vehículo is stored and what steps are required to retrieve it.

Paso 3 — Si su vehículo no aparece

If the system does not locate your vehículo:

• The vehículo may have been remolcado very recently and not yet entered into the system

• The vehículo may have been remolcado by another company

• The vehículo may have been relocated within the property
