How to Locate Your Vehicle Using License Plate or VIN

If you believe your vehicle has been towed, the fastest way to locate it is by using the MC Towing vehicle lookup portal.

This system allows you to search for your vehicle using either your license plate number or your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Step 1 — Enter Your License Plate or VIN

On the lookup page, enter one of the following:

• License plate number

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

The system will search the towing database to determine whether your vehicle has been impounded.

Step 2 — Review the Results

If your vehicle has been towed, the system will typically display:

• Vehicle description

• Date and time of tow

• Impound location

• Contact information for retrieving the vehicle

This information will help you determine where your vehicle is stored and what steps are required to retrieve it.

Step 3 — If Your Vehicle Does Not Appear

If the system does not locate your vehicle:

• The vehicle may have been towed very recently and not yet entered into the system

• The vehicle may have been towed by another company

• The vehicle may have been relocated within the property
