Step 2 — If Your Vehicle Appears in the Search

The search results will typically show:

• The impound facility location

• The date and time of the tow

• The vehicle description

• Contact information for retrieving the vehicle

Follow the instructions provided in the listing or contact MC Towing for assistance.

Step 3 — If Your Vehicle Does Not Appear

If the system does not show your vehicle:

• The vehicle may have been recently towed and not yet entered into the system

• The vehicle may have been towed by another towing company

• The vehicle may have been relocated within the property
